Leak Test & Returns: We have a 5-day return policy on these tumblers ONLY, this means you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return. Only returns for leaking tumblers are accepted. Your item must be unworn or unused (with the exception of a leak test) and in its original packaging.
To conduct a leak test, simply add a 1/2 inch of water to the tumbler and sit upside down for 24 hours. DO NOT fill the tumbler.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@glitzykreations.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted and will not be returned to you.
When we receive your return, we will conduct a leak test of our own. If a leak is present we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If a leak is not present you will be notified and responsible for return shipping.
No other returns will be accepted.
